Raindrop Therapy Sessions

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Raindrop Therapy appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

• Once a session has taken place, services are non-refundable.

• If Susan must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule.

 

Emerald Tent Gatherings & Rituals

• Emerald Tent events are non-refundable, as they involve intentional preparation, limited capacity, and energetic commitment.

Transferability

• If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to a friend for that specific gathering.

• Please notify Susan in advance with the name of the person attending in your place.

• Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking or proposal.
